Free online course helps business leaders navigate COVID-19
LinkedIn recently released an online video course, created by video learning company Madecraft, aimed at helping leaders manage during a crisis. In the course, leading experts in crisis, leadership, and finance provide important methods for the leader and their team to stay focused, inspired, and aligned during this unique time.
The ‘Advice for Leaders During a Crisis’ course covers how to better manage the ever-changing landscape, determine what information is accurate, reassess financial portfolios, and muster the skills needed to thrive as a leader in uncertainty. Expert voices include: Eric Zackrison, PhD; Britt Andreatta, Ph.D.; Dr. Michael Shermer; Kate Wiebe, Ph.D.; and Natalie Taylor, CFP®, BFA.

So we felt the responsibility to prepare an educational resource that can guide leaders through this crisis and provide valuable methods to help keep the team productive, engaged, motivated and inspired,” said Brad Batesole, partner at Madecraft.
The course is available on LinkedIn Learning. See the course here.

This is the first course of its kind designed by leading experts in their respective fields, providing tactical advice for business owners and managers in these unprecedented times.
“Arming business leaders with the knowledge to manage increased stress and pressure, and successfully empowering themselves and their teams, was our number one priority,” said Joshua Mitchell, Partner at Madecraft. “The course was carried out under incredible circumstances, 48 hours before the California shelter-in-place was ordered.
