Burlington English Romania recruits English teachers from Ukraine
Burlington English Romania, a leading education company, joins efforts to support Ukrainian refugees and offers jobs to Ukrainian neighbors forced to seek refuge away from home. Burlington English is hiring English teachers from Ukraine to teach conversational English online.
Through this initiative, Burlington English Romania aims to provide long-term support, a stable work environment and support the integration of refugees from Ukraine into the labor market.
“Empathy and solidarity are now more important than ever, whatever language we speak. In addition to a stable work environment and the possibility of working remotely, the Burlington English team will do their best to facilitate the integration of our future colleagues as much as possible. Creating jobs and hiring teachers in Ukraine is a first step in the series of support actions that we are preparing. We are working on initiatives to help us overcome language barriers so that we can communicate more easily with Ukrainian refugees, understand them and make them easier to understand,” noted Shay Hafzadi, CEO and Founder of Burlington English Romania.
The company will continue the series of actions in favor of Ukrainian refugees by offering free courses for Ukrainian refugees who want to learn conversational English. English lessons taught by Burlington English specialists will take place online, in a friendly atmosphere, in small groups of students.
